Join us for a guided tour of the Taff Trail, heading north to the quaint town of Tongwynlais and visiting Castle Coch. Starting at 11am we cycle from Cardiff City Centre north along the Taff Trail as far as Tongwynlais and to Castle Coch, a historic castle nestled in the hillside. We stop for refreshments along the way and you’ll have chance to go inside the castle and take a look around before cycling back down to Cardiff City Centre.
The tour is approximately four hours, it is £19 per person and includes the hire of the bike, helmet, backpack, bike lock, insurance and the company of one of our professional tour guides!

Dinosaur Babies take over National Museum Cardiff this Summer

This interactive family friendly blockbuster exhibition at the National Museum Cardiff, which forms part of the Welsh Government’s Year of Legends, will welcome families to enjoy full size dinosaur skeletons and replicas, touchable models of dinosaur embryos and eggs, and even a huge 2.5 metre model dinosaur nest! This is a chance to get up close to the dinosaurs, learn about dinosaur family life, including how they cared for their young babies. Peter Finnemore: Between the Lines

'Reading between the lines' is a phrase suggesting concealed, unspoken or avoided narratives. Images are flexible tools for narrative control in journalism, influencing public opinion and setting ideological agendas.
Between the Lines forms part of an ongoing body of photographic work, using newsprint as a source to provide an alternative interpretation of journalistic accounts. Collectively, it is a collage of around 70 fragmented international events, peopled by politicians, celebrities, sportspeople, military personnel, bystanders, victims and demonstrators. The recurring image of an open mouth acts as a silent scream, an open void, a lost voice.

The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama’s puppeteers bring this tragic and extraordinary tale to life in the exquisite house and gardens of Dyffryn.
