Cardiff Spring Foraging Course
Bute Park, Castle Street
This Spring foraging course will be focusing more on the plants as there isn’t normally many e20 minute introduction on what to look for and a brief of the general countryside codes where they relate to foragers. w’ll then set off on a roughly 2.5 hour walk around Bute park and along the beautiful riverside, stopping for some of our lovely hogweed and wild garlic soup somewhere along the way. We will end the day with a tasty wild food lunch based on what we have found.
